Returns & Refunds
We are truly sorry that you experienced an allergic reaction after using a product purchased from us. Results can vary from person to person with the same product, and your current skin condition may affect the reaction. As we cannot be responsible for individual skin conditions, returns or refunds will NOT be accepted.
We are unable to accept returns after a product has been opened and taken out of its original packaging.
Cosmetic products have a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date and are not considered unusable until the expiry date has passed. Exchanges are not accepted for these situations.
You may exchange the product if it was already damaged when it was delivered to you. We will cover the delivery cost and replace it with a new product. If the damaged item is no longer available, we will recommend an alternative product as a replacement.
We will only accept an exchange request when the products remain in their original packaging.

Next, choose the Order date section.
A calendar popup will appear so you can change the next order date.
No problem. You can update your shipping address without cancelling your Auto-Replenish order. Log in to the Customer Portal, go to Subscriptions, and choose the subscription you want to change. The new address will apply to all future recurring orders for that selected subscription.
Click the Shipping Address section to edit it.
Log in to the Customer Portal, open the Payment Methods tab, find the saved payment method you want to update, and click the Edit button.
We will automatically retry failed payments every 2 days, up to 3 times. If payment still fails after the final retry, your subscription will be cancelled.
Our Products
These formulas include phenolsulfonphthalein, a pH indicator with a reddish to dark-pink tone. Since every protein blend batch can vary slightly in acidity or alkalinity, the shade may range from pale yellow/orange through light red or deep pink. This falls within our accepted range.
We use this pH indicator to help monitor the condition of the active ingredient. Because it comes from an organic source and contains a high amount of biological matter, it can be more vulnerable to bacterial contamination. The pH indicator reads the formula’s acidity level to help assess the health of the active proteins and growth factors.
CALECIM® Professional products should be stored in cool conditions, not above 33°C or 91.4°F. If the color looks outside the stated acceptable range, please stop using the product and contact us at calecimhair@gmail.com.
Refrigeration is not required. We do recommend keeping CALECIM® Professional products in cool surroundings, not exceeding 33°C or 91.4°F. If the product color appears outside the acceptable range, discontinue use and reach us at calecimhair@gmail.com.
Most products are made without fragrance. Any natural scent comes from the high level of active ingredient, PTT-6®, in the formula. PTT-6® is naturally sourced from cord lining stem cells. The scent fades shortly after application, and most users no longer notice it after a few minutes.
The extract obtained from each cord lining stem cell batch may vary slightly. Because the finished product uses a high concentration of this active ingredient, small differences in color and scent can occur from one batch to another.
CALECIM® skincare pairs well with most commonly used active skincare ingredients. Layer your routine according to texture and viscosity: water-based products first, such as toners and watery serums, then gel textures. Lighter creams can follow, with richer creams after that. In the morning, sunscreen should be the final step.
Although occasional pimples can be part of the skin’s renewal process, avoid using any CALECIM® Professional skincare while active acne is present. A doctor or dermatologist can help determine whether the product is suitable for you.
Yes, CALECIM® Professional products are safe for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Still, we strongly suggest speaking with your obstetrician/gynaecologist before beginning any new skin or hair care routine.
Cosmetic products like CALECIM® Professional do not need USFDA approval before entering a market. The cosmetics industry is regulated by the USFDA through the VCRP program, and CALECIM® Professional along with all of its products are registered with the USFDA VCRP.
This depends on how ablative the procedure was. Creams, serums and gels should only be applied once the skin has fully epithelized or is completely covered by skin.

Our Technology
PTT-6® is the proprietary active ingredient developed by CALECIM®. It comes from ethically obtained stem cells grown in a stem cell laboratory. Once the stem cells are separated from the culture media, what remains are the exosomes, growth factors and other proteins released by the cells. This secretion is known as PTT-6®. A single ml of PTT-6® includes more than 3,000 active growth factors, exosomes and proteins, making it one of the most concentrated growth factor / exosome products available. PTT-6® is the principal active ingredient across all CALECIM® products.
CALECIM®’s parent company, CellResearchCorp, obtains stem cells from the umbilical cord lining membrane of red deer to create CALECIM®’s active ingredient. In humans and other mammals, this source is known as the richest source of epithelial and mesenchymal stem cells to date. The quantity that can be harvested greatly surpasses other sources, including bone marrow and fat.
The stem cells isolated from cord lining membrane are neonatal, meaning very young, and are therefore more potent and resilient than adult-sourced counterparts. The red deer used as the source are organically and ethically raised in New Zealand. CellResearchCorp selected red deer umbilical cord lining for CALECIM® Professional because there are no known diseases transmitted from deer to humans.
Collecting these stem cells does not cause harm or distress to the deer.
All mammals share comparable signalling proteins, including those released by stem cells to communicate with other cells. The red deer cord lining stem cell proteins used in CALECIM® can therefore have regenerative and restorative effects on human skin. Ultimately, the visible outcomes from CALECIM® Professional products, together with the in-vitro testing they undergo, help demonstrate their performance.
